The focus on maintaining high quality, which included willingness to discuss inevitable problems in the field and seek solutions jointly, was reassuring. The field staff delivered results that were very well done, reflecting in the kind of data quality that got generated. Further, by enlisting external expertise for specific areas such as sampling and training of NSS modules we could improve the end product immensely. The team also delivered well on post-fieldwork data finalisation where numerous queries were handled and resolved. On the whole a satisfying experience and I look forward to the next opportunity of working together.
The only area that could have done with some strengthening was field logistics planning and data management. Perhaps, having an in-house team for developing data entry programmes would allow NC greater flexibility in responding to customisation needs and fixing problems. |
